How CatalogBridge reconciles data Reference
CatalogBridge audits merchant-authorized catalog and inventory records, stores review state and update history, and applies only approved corrections to the connected Shopify storefront.
- Clover authorizes catalog, SKU, stock, price, unit cost, and category data for the workspace.
- CatalogBridge applies sync settings, location rules, and review checks.
- The connected Shopify storefront receives only the catalog and inventory updates the merchant chooses to sync.
- CatalogBridge does not access Clover checkout, payments, orders, customers, refunds, receipts, or in-person transactions.
Catalog data-quality audit
Find incomplete source records, filter items needing attention, and select focused products for a storefront comparison.
Authorized source catalog
Review the merchant-authorized Clover records CatalogBridge can check before reconciling a storefront. This view does not change Clover or Shopify.
Data-quality filters apply only to the items currently shown on this page. Select shown items does not select unseen pages or search results. Up to 100 Clover items can be included in one preview.
Storefront connection and updates
Connect Shopify, choose the stock destination and update rules, then preview or run focused changes.
Connection map
Connect storefront
Connect the Shopify storefront that should receive configured catalog and inventory updates. CatalogBridge requests only catalog, inventory, and location access.
Sync settings
Choose where synced Shopify stock should live before running catalog or inventory syncs.
Clover stock events can update the selected Shopify location. Shopify stock never writes back to Clover automatically.
Optional fallback audit while Clover inventory event delivery is pending or unreliable.
Receive an email after a completed sync needs review or encounters an error. Preview runs never send email.
