End User License Agreement
1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your right to access and use CatalogBridge, a software application provided by The Double Print ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing, authorizing, or using CatalogBridge through an approved app marketplace or merchant-install channel, you ("you," "your," or "Merchant") agree to this EULA.
This EULA works together with the CatalogBridge Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about your license to use the application, this EULA controls.
2. License Grant
Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use CatalogBridge for your own authorized Clover catalog operations and connected Shopify storefront operations while your installation, authorization, and subscription remain active.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. CatalogBridge, including its software, design, workflow, documentation, branding, and related materials, remains owned by The Double Print and its licensors.
3. Permitted Use
You may use CatalogBridge to sync selected Clover catalog, variant, stock, unit cost, and category data to your connected Shopify storefront, choose Clover-controlled automatic updates or review-only corrections, review sync results, configure sync settings, and access related operational tools made available in the application.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you sync, for reviewing sync results, for choosing the appropriate inventory-authority and Shopify stock-location settings, and for deciding whether synced products should be active, draft, corrected, or removed in Shopify.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive CatalogBridge source code;
- Copy, modify, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially redistribute CatalogBridge;
- Use CatalogBridge to sync data for a third party without authorization;
- Circumvent access controls, billing checks, rate limits, or security protections;
- Use CatalogBridge in a way that violates Shopify, Clover, or applicable marketplace terms;
- Use CatalogBridge for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful activity.
5. Third-Party Platforms
CatalogBridge depends on Shopify and Clover APIs. Your use of Shopify and Clover remains governed by their own agreements, permissions, account settings, platform rules, API availability, and app approval requirements. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, approval delays, or data behavior controlled by Shopify or Clover.
6. Updates and Availability
We may update CatalogBridge from time to time to improve reliability, security, compatibility, sync behavior, or merchant experience. We may suspend or limit access if required for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or violations of this EULA or the Terms of Service.
7. Termination
Your license ends when you uninstall CatalogBridge, cancel your subscription, revoke required Shopify or Clover authorization, or stop being authorized to use the connected merchant accounts. We may also terminate or suspend the license if you violate this EULA or the Terms of Service.
After termination, you must stop using CatalogBridge. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, will survive.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
CatalogBridge is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free sync results.
Limitations of liability, indemnification, billing, cancellation, and dispute terms are described in the CatalogBridge Terms of Service and apply to this EULA.
